HISTORY:

Orphaned in the mountains of Gyr Abania, the Roegadyn known today by the name of Garrett Sterrwilf would have met a grizzled end had it not been for a band of Sea Wolves and Highlanders. Deciding to raise him on their own, his "family" consisted of sailors and mercenaries. Named Garrett Sterrwilf by the Highlanders and Roegadyn; Garrett by the Highlanders, Sterrwilf by the Roegadyn. Relishing every moment with his family, he was exposed to the adventuring lifestyle quickly, taking up arms alongside his adopted family as a mercenary by the time he was sixteen.

Garrett came to become a kind-hearted, young man; abet with a dash of brashness and arrogance fostered by an adventuring lifestyle. By the time he was 20, he was living on his own in Ul'dah, adopting his Ancient Roegadyn surname as his Hellsguard name. Eventually, he was employed as a wrestler for the lavish entertainment of the masses while taking on the occasional mercenary or bodyguard work, also rumored to partake in underground brawling to make extra gil, using his Hellsguard name of "Strong Wolf" professionally and as an alias.

When the Seventh Umbral Calamity hit Eoreza, Garrett couldn't sit idly as the world seemed to end for everyone. Reuniting with his adoptive Free Company, he assisted with evacuating civilians from Limsa Lominsa as the fires of Dalamud and Bahamut rained upon the city-states of Eoreza. Once the flames had died down, his convictions spurred him to do better for the people of Eoreza following the Calamity; helping to rebuild and restore lands lost to Garlemald and the Calamity while enjoying life to the fullest.

Hey there! I'm TheWolverclaw and I have recently gotten into the RP scene in FFXIV!

I personally don't like to discuss my RP background, but I am decently experienced! I continue to RP on WoW, ESO, and GW2 but I am happy to add FFXIV to the list!
I'm usually online anytime! (Pacific Standard Time). During this time, I'm also playing other games or leveling up other jobs so feel free to send me a /tell in game or through Discord!
